“九五”以来，主持和承担国家自然科学基金“大豆异黄酮主要组分含量的遗传和关键酶调控”、“863”计划“大豆优质分子标记及其应用”、科技成果转化基金、新品种后补助、“863”子课题、国家攻关、引智等项目10余项。

获成果和奖励情况：“大豆三类优异品质新种质创建”于2000年6月获北京市科技进步三等奖（第二名）；“提高或降低异黄酮含量的大豆种子的培育方法”于2002年8月授权国家发明专利（第二名），专利号：ZL98120604.2；审定优质、专用大豆新品种7个：中豆27、中豆28、中黄16、中黄18、中黄28、中黄31、中黄32（国审）；参编著作2部；在《Journal of Integrative Plant Biology》、《Soybean Genetics Newsletter》、《Agricultural Sciences in China》和《遗传学报》等国内外核心期刊上共发表论文40余篇，其中SCI收录2篇，ISTP收录1篇。
