李立会，男，出生于1963年10月，博士，研究员，博士生导师，中国农业科学院一级岗位杰出人才，“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选，农业部有突出贡献的中青年科学专家，国家生物物种资源保护专家委员会委员、农业部植物新品种复审委员会委员，国家973项目“主要农作物骨干亲本遗传构成与利用效应的基础研究”首席科学家。1996年获国务院政府特殊津贴，2004年获得由中组部、国家人事部等部门组织授予的“第八届中国青年科技奖”。
主要从事小麦种质资源基础性工作、种质创新的理论与应用基础、遗传多样性与系统发育等方面的研究工作。作为主要完成人，先后获国家科技进步二等奖和三等奖各1项，获农业部科技进步二等奖1项；还被授予全国优秀农业科技工作者等多个荣誉称号。在国内外核心刊物上发表论文50余篇；博士学位论文获教育部和国务院学位委员会授予的首届全国优秀博士学位论文。 |
